The Godalming Chamber provides a perfect home for all types of businesses -  regardless of size or sector. We have representatives from large corporates with a base locally, through medium-sized businesses, to sole proprietors.

Members from such a diverse group of organisations bring great strength to The Chamber through their combined breadth of knowledge, skills, experience and contacts to benefit the local business community as a whole.

Traditionally town and district Chambers are viewed as looking primarily after the interests of local traders providing services directly to the public at High Street level. At GDCC we have a broad vision that local commerce embraces all business interests in the town and throughout the district, regardless of what services or products they are involved in.

So we are extremely proud of the fact that, at any one time sitting around a table, we may have lawyers and accountants exchanging ideas with retailers, restauranteurs and publicans; wholesalers, manufacturers and motor traders; building trades, web designers and  photographers – to name but a few!
